Research Areas: Using online technology in support of learning. Writing to learn.
Research Description: My current research in the application of technology to geoscience learning environments. I collaborate with researchers in the graduate school of Education and cognitive psychology. I was trained as a physicist and my past research focussed on seismology, tomography and seismic instrumentation.
