Sedimentology and Stratigraphy of Active Margins

Research Description:
My basic research focuses on stratigraphy and tectonics of volcanoplutonic arcs, and controls of tectonics and eustacy on sedimentation in active margin basins. The work integrates sedimentological, volcanological, structural and geochronological data from Mesozoic continental and island arc successions to better understand the interaction between volcanism, tectonics, and sedimentation.
